Reporting Harassment, Violence and Abuse
There are several steps you can take if you
have concerns about harassment, violence or
abuse that you believe is happening:
- It is preferable to initially try to resolve the
issue at your local level. Talk to someone you trust
who holds a position of responsibility with the
team, league or association.
- If you feel the situation can not be resolved
locally, contact your provincial sport organization
(visit the
Sport BC
website at for contact information).
- If you suspect child abuse of a physical or
sexual nature, report it to one or more of the
following:
