Strategic Alliances

The Sport and Recreation Branch develops and maintains partnerships with other Ministries, orders of government, stakeholders and the private sector in order to align priorities and bring new resources to British Columbia’s sport and physical activity system. These strategic alliances also ensure that the interests of British Columbia and its sport and physical activity system are reflected in activities and decision-making in other sectors (or orders of government). Alliances include, but are not limited to, federal-provincial/territorial committees, interprovincial and interministerial relations.
